Responsibilities :

• Maintain food quality
• Protect the quality of the guest experience
• Maintain morale and performance of line
• Offer support and constructive criticism
• Report Directly to Chef
• Help execute effective communication from and to all lines
• Help maintain 25% of food cost by managing portion control and minimizing waste
• Help maintain and improve on current 20% overall labor cost by replacing labor and training team to handle more business with fewer hands
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Other duties as assigned
