Halvor Lines is hiring OTR company drivers for our Dry Van division.

OTR Company Drivers

  • Top 10% of drivers earn $93,000 per year

Earn up to 63 CPM (including 8 CPM bonuses)

Base pay : 45-55 CPM

Weekly home time

100% no-touch freight

Benefits & Perks

$1,000 orientation pay

$2,000 referral bonus + $0.01 for every mile your referral drives!

Performance & fuel bonuses worth up to 8 CPM

Fuel bonus

Advance your career as a trainer and earn an additional 27 CPM while training

401k with 4% employer match

Pet & rider policies

Late-model trucks equipped with TVs, refrigerators, inverters, and bunk heaters

$1,500 sign-on bonus ($750 after first load and $750 after 90 days)

  • Pay includes bonuses and varies by route, location, experience level, and performance.
  • There is no deadline to apply. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

    • Driver Requirements

    Valid CDL A license

    6 months of tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years
