Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and assessments to diagnose urological conditions.
• Perform surgical interventions, including open and minimally invasive procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop effective treatment plans for patients.
• Educate patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment options, and follow-up care.
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay current with advancements in urology.
• Ensure maintenance of accurate patient records and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Contribute to the improvement of healthcare practices through clinical research and feedback.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Valid medical license to practice in Florida.
• Board certification or eligibility in Urology.
• Demonstrated experience in urology and surgical techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
