Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain the institutional membership architecture, including tiers and benefits
Own membership pricing and packaging, collaborating with RevOps, Sales, and Finance
Define the end-to-end member journey and create programming to drive engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
8+ years in membership strategy or related roles, preferably in associations or membership-driven media
Experience designing tiered membership models and structuring benefits for premium pricing
Proven ability to create and operate member engagement programs that enhance retention
Strong understanding of membership economics and metrics such as ARR and NRR
Familiarity with Bitcoin, capital markets, and institutional finance is required
