Location : Houston, TX

Duration : 11 months

CTG is seeking an experienced Application Developer with expertise in Java / JEE and web technologies. You will design, develop, and support enterprise applications, leveraging frameworks like Ruby or Groovy, transaction management, dependency injection, and test-driven development. Strong skills in Java, SQL, Python, R, and modern analytics / DevOps tools (Git, Azure, Tableau, Power BI) are highly desired.

Skills :

Languages : Java, SQL, Python (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost), R, SPSS, SAS, MATLAB

Tools : Excel (Advanced), Tableau, Power BI, Azure, Git (Version Control)

Statistical & Analytical Skills : Data Analysis, Statistical Modeling, Machine Learning, A / B Testing, Predictive Modeling, Experimental Design, Data Visualization, AI, Data Mining, Time-series Analysis, Stochastic Processes, Forecasting, Causal Inference, Nonlinear Dynamics, Chaos Theory

Experience :

Proven experience in Java / JEE application development and web technologies.

Experience with enterprise application integration, transaction management, and DevOps practices.

Familiarity with test-driven development, dependency injection frameworks, and batch processing.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
