Job Details

Responsibilities :

Lead complex litigation matters from inception through resolution

Develop and execute case strategies, including motion practice and trial preparation

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and discovery responses

Manage client communications and provide strategic counsel throughout proceedings

Oversee and mentor junior attorneys and support staff on assigned matters

Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations

Ensure compliance with all procedural and ethical standards

Qualifications :

JD Required

Member of CA Bar in good standing

12+ years of litigation experience

Prior experience with civil litigation or public entity liability defense

Familiarity with constitutional and civil rights discrimination cases

Proficiency in legal research platforms and case management systems
