Field Service Technician

A company is looking for a Field Service Technician.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues using diagnostic tools

Perform routine preventive maintenance and refill consumables as needed

Install, move, add, change, and remove hardware and software components as directed

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in preventive and / or corrective maintenance

Ability to lift and move heavy loads and work in various physical positions

Exceptional customer service skills

Ability to organize and inventory parts and tools

Strong sense of urgency and teamwork skills
