Job Summary and Qualifications : Under the direction of the Director of Surgical Services, you will assume management responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the PACU, Day Surgery, and Pre-Admission Testing. You will assist in development, interpretation, and implement department policies & procedures, implement department safety programs, consult with physicians and other professional staff as needed and demonstrate knowledge & skills necessary to provide care appropriate to patients served by the department.

What qualifications you will need : Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing BSN required. Masters' Degree in Nursing or related health field preferred. Current acute clinical knowledge required. Minimum of 1-year leadership / management experience required. Recent Peri-Operative services experience preferred. Basic computer and hospital informatics skills required. Demonstrates competency and knowledgeable in the principles of personnel management. Current Nevada license to practice nursing. BLS, ACLS, & PALS required.
