Duties, Responsibilities & Other

The Project Surveyor is responsible for leading and overseeing complex survey projects. This role requires professional licensure and involves

managing survey teams, ensuring compliance with industry and legal standards, and providing expert technical leadership. The Project Surveyor

will mentor staff, coordinate with multiple disciplines, and ensure that all projects are completed with the highest level of accuracy, within scope,

on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the preparation of traditional surveys, including field data acquisition and the creation of survey maps for projects such as DOT

surveys, Utility maps (SUE), ALTA surveys, boundary, topographic, subdivision platting, construction layout computations, and telecom

surveys.
