Responsibilities :

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to drive business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
• Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
• Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and best practices in business development.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
