About The Role
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead nCino and Administrator to join our Business Application Support team. This position will be responsible for leading the administration, support, and maintenance of the nCino and Salesforce platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations, support system capabilities, assist with releases and vendor upgrades, and enhance platform performance. Additionally, the role will involve leading the support of end users, performing scheduled system maintenance, maintaining third-party applications and services integration, managing platform releases, and collaborating with the development team to implement system improvements. The primary responsibility of this role will be managing the nCino Commercial Lending Application. You will lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring projects are completed successfully and meet audit standards as well as leading the other nCino admins and support specialists with their assignments.
As a senior administrator, you will guide less experienced team members to ensure they adhere to GBCI standards. You will also maintain up-to-date technical documentation and ensure testing is completed at all levels for new systems, releases, enhancements, and break / fix solutions. In this role, you will work in cross-functional teams, providing technical and analytical support for both new and current production systems. As a representative of the IT Department, you will interact with all levels of bank groups and management. Therefore, professionalism and diplomacy are essential for building trust and ensuring the success of the position. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex technical projects, ensuring both nCino and Salesforce platforms support the bank's strategic goals and operations.

The entry rate for this position is $47.23 + / hour (calculated for Kalispell, MT). All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background.

Up to 15% travel required : (e.g. 3.5 days / month) by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities.
