Overview

Qualified external applicants with at least six months of direct RN experience are eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus!

As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will assume responsibility and accountability for :

• Facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient / family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.
• Promote the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act.
• Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.
• Previous OR Experience Required

Day to Day duties :

8 OR Suites +1 Cysto Room+1minor procedure room

Approx. 400-450+ cases per month

Schedule- 20 hrs / Week- Variable shift times / days per surgical Volume and current unit needs.

Call required- Approx. 4-6 call shifts per 6 week schedule block. May Vary

Weekend Call is 0700-1930, 1900-0730, weekday call 1900-0730

Built on the pillars of convenience, wellness and person-centered care, we offer inpatient and outpatient care at one site, with an emphasis on preventive health, wellness and health education.

The surgery department at St. Anthony North Health Campus Hospital consists of 8 OR rooms, 1 cysto room, 1 minor procedure room, a GI room, and a room for pain management. We are an ortho heavy department - fracture management, total hips, knees, and shoulders, and the ortho service continues to grow. We also perform general, ENT, GYN, urology, spine and plastics. The patient mix is comprised mainly of adult surgical patients. Patient care is provided for adult, geriatric, adolescent, and pediatric patients. Our mission is to provide safe care to the surgical patient. This is a desirable department because we have an amazing culture of caring individuals who are fun to work with and will treat you like family. Pay Range

$33.15 - $59.67 / hour
