Your Role as an LPN / LVN
In this critical role, you will :
Deliver direct patient care, ensuring it aligns with their personalized care plans and physician orders.Monitor and observe patients closely, paying attention to vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.Collaborate closely with Registered Nurses, sharing findings, and implementing patient care strategies.Build meaningful relationships with patients to fully understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs during recovery.Celebrate patients' milestones as they progress on their rehabilitation journeys.Qualifications Needed
