Software Development Manager

A company is looking for a Software Development Manager to lead its Booking engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Create an environment for developers to excel by removing blockers and fostering collaboration

Establish strong communication rhythms within the team and across Booking to align on priorities and decisions

Guide the team through iterative planning and delivery, promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

A University Degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field with approximately 10+ years of experience

2 or more years of experience leading or coaching developers in a management or senior technical role

Experience in guiding teams through planning, delivery, and operational ownership of production systems

Proven track record of improving engineering practices in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term technical strategy
