Regional Survey Manager

Phasor Engineering LLC is excited to invite applications for a permanent position as a Professional Land Surveyor to strengthen our expanding operations in the southern United States. As we embark on numerous large projects, we seek dedicated Land Surveyors to join our team and facilitate our growth.

We are looking for candidates who are licensed in Texas and Louisiana , with a willingness to obtain licenses in additional states, with all costs covered by Phasor. We are open to exploring work-from-home or hybrid work arrangements for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all project execution aspects as a Project / Regional Manager, including :
• Establishing communication protocols for the project, which encompass :
• Identifying client or Phasor stakeholders and decision-makers
• Implementing change management processes
• Creating information dissemination routes and procedures
• Developing systematic processes for project data and reporting
• Managing project financials, setting cost controls, and conducting periodic risk assessments
• Collaborating with Phasor personnel to understand all project needs, including scheduling, costs, technical, and logistical considerations
• Supervising sub-contractors performing Geomatics work
• Coordinating shift schedules, accommodations, and mobilization requirements for Crew Chiefs and Survey Assistants, unless delegated to a Field Coordinator
• Participating in division-level meetings to align crew allocation across projects
• Engaging in general business development activities within the Southern region of the US

Previous experience with transmission lines will be considered an asset.

Salary range : $115,000-$165,000 (expected yearly earnings may vary).
