Compensation : $20$30 / hr Bonuses (based on experience and performance)

Position Overview

Were hiring motivated reliable team members to join our Christmas Lighting Installation Crew for the 2025 season. Youll help install maintain and remove professional holiday lighting on homes trees and commercial properties.

This is a fast-paced team-oriented role that rewards attention to detail safety and craftsmanship. If you enjoy working outdoors and creating beautiful results this is the perfect opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Safely install holiday lighting and décor on roofs trees and landscaping.
• Use ladders lifts and other equipment as needed (training provided).
• Maintain organization of materials and tools on the job site.
• Work efficiently with your crew to complete each project on time.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Shine with professionalism.
• Assist with lighting takedown and storage after the season.
