About Position: The Data & Business Intelligence (BI) Manager leads the organization’s data team, overseeing reporting, analytics, database management, and informatics initiatives. This role ensures organizational data is accurate, secure, and transformed into actionable insights that drive clinical, operational, and strategic decisions. The Data & Business Intelligence Manager plays a key role in project management, governance committees, and quality committees, ensuring data initiatives are aligned with organizational priorities. In addition, this position drives innovation through dashboarding, predictive analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and advanced data solutions. It requires a forward-looking mindset with the ability to leverage emerging technologies such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools, and to lead the development of data warehouse and Structured Query Language (SQL) solutions.

- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (occasional Saturdays)

Duties/ Responsibilities -
- Manage and mentor the data team.
- Set priorities, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure timely
- delivery of initiatives.
- Build a collaborative, service-focused culture that values accuracy,
- consistency, and innovation.
- Lead data governance processes to ensure data quality, consistency, and
- compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Actively participate in IT governance, data governance, and quality
- committees, representing the data and BI function.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of required reporting such as
- Uniform Data System (UDS), Merit-based Incentive Payment System
- (MIPS), and Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH).
- Direct the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of key
- performance indicator (KPI) dashboards and reports using Power BI,
- Tableau, or similar tools to ensure they meet the needs of leadership,
- managers, and frontline staff.
- Standardize data models, reporting definitions, and methodologies across
- departments.
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to align metrics with
- organizational goals.
- Other task as needed.
Qualifications -
Education: Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, informatics, information systems, or a related field. Master’s degree.
Required: 5+ years of experience in BI, analytics, and/or database management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in project management, participation in governance and quality committees.
Preferred: Experience in a CHC, FQHC, or value-based care environment.
Current/valid License: Epic Ambulatory certification required within 9 months of hire if not already obtained preferred.
Immunizations: Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up-to-date prior to beginning employment
Pay Range - $85,169 - $114,460 (commensurate with years of experience)
