Responsible for operating a sheet fed die cutter at the highest efficiency possible while following standard operating procedures and work instructions to produce high quality product.

Work Hours : 4 : 00pm - 4 : 00am; 3 days on, 4 days off (working consecutive days, no swing shift)

Pay Rate : starting from $23.53 / hour

Shift Differential : $2.00 / hr

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible to follow all safety procedures as required by the role, and to nurture a food safety culture by adhering to all Safe Quality Foods requirements.
• Responsible to work together with the Sheet Fed Press Operator, back up Sheet Fed Die Cut Operator, Die Cut Lead Operator and the Press Lead Operator.
• Set and adjust die cut machine controls.
• Monitor die cutter while in operation and perform machine changeover tasks.
• Assist press support to stage dies and stripping tools.
• Maintain sheet fed die inventory.
• Maintain quality, productivity and waste according to set standards.
• Perform all job tasks utilizing required personal protective equipment and correct safety procedures.
• Responsible for complying with and following all standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure product is die cut according to production schedule.
• Keep work area and machine organized and clean.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
