[job_card.job_description]Bachelor's degree in the accounting or finance field or computer science. 4+ years of experience in financial data analysis, business intelligence, or related field. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software's (SQL). OneStream experience a plus (Maintenance & Development). Excellent understanding of financial principles and practices. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Effective communication and presentation skills. High attention to detail and accuracy.
Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Financial Data Analytics Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $125,000 to $150,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities :
- Create financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities to improve data collection and analysis processes, implementing best practices and new technologies.
- Ensure data analytics practices comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with various Corporate and local accounting teams to understand data requirement.
