Dispatcher

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Dispatcher to schedule and dispatch temporary janitorial team members to various locations.

A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
• Schedule and dispatch resources, which may be team members, crews, and teams to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using telephones and email.
• Ensure timely and efficient movement of team members according to work orders and / or resource schedules.
• Oversee all communications within specifically assigned area(s).
• Record and maintain files and records of dispatch information including temporary employee time and schedules.
• Confer with ABM supervisors and team members to address questions, problems, and requests for temporary coverage.
• Compile statistics and reports on work progress.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications :

Must be 18 years of age or older. No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bilingual in English and Spanish. One (1) year of prior multi-line reception experience or dispatching experience. Prior experience scheduling and dispatching 50+ employees.
