Responsibilities

• Program leader responsible for building and growing our relationship with the Navy customer.
• Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they align with Navy goals and objectives in support of Program Management Office.
• Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks.
• Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
• Establishes and maintains progress of projects to management and customers, organizes and delegates responsibilities to subordinates.
• Oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks.

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $135,600.00 / Yr. - USD $226,400.00 / Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
