McNary Law is a growing boutique law firm serving Manatee and Sarasota Counties, focused on Family Law and Estate Planning. We're looking for an experienced Client Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and make sure our intake and onboarding processes run smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, handles sensitive situations with professionalism, and cares about accuracy and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and triage incoming calls, leads, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion
• Gather intake information, identify urgency, and route matters appropriately
• Schedule and confirm consultations, send follow-up communications
• Manage intake workflows, including conflict checks, documentation, and onboarding steps
• Maintain accurate data in our legal practice management system
• Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative and operational tasks
