Customer Service Representative

LaSalle Network is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support a fast-paced travel operations team managing independent tours across the U.S., EU and Canada. This Customer Service Representative role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, customer-facing environment and brings a solutions-first mindset to every interaction. What's the job?
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Handle light administrative work to support daily travel operations
• Answer an average of 30 inbound customer calls per day
• Make outbound follow-up calls to ensure resolution and satisfaction
• Assist customers with existing bookings, including trip modifications
• Cancel, extend or add excursions to current itineraries
• Update booking details such as dietary restrictions and special requests
• Maintain accurate records across booking systems and internal platforms

What's needed?
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who has:

• Customer service, call center or retail experience
• Strong verbal communication and professional phone presence
• Ability to manage high call volumes with accuracy
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfort navigating multiple systems at once
• A calm, customer-first approach to problem-solving
