Procurement Transformation Leader

PayPal is seeking a Procurement Transformation Leader to drive strategic process and technology initiatives within the Corporate Finance organization. This role develops and executes transformation roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes through the integration of process optimization, technology enablement, and automation.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive end-to-end process maps.
• Identify and resolve complex problems within business processes to drive global improvements.
• Develop detailed business requirements.
• Manage and oversee user acceptance testing.
• Act as a subject matter expert to guide teams in process improvement initiatives.
• Establish and implement best practices for the function.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Develop and track key performance metrics.
• Document and standardize processes.

Expected Qualifications:

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:

• Define and own the multi-year procurement transformation roadmap.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact transformation opportunities.
• Drive execution of transformation initiatives.
• Bridge the gap between procurement business processes and technology solutions.
• Assess current-state capabilities and design future-state operating models.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure transformation impact.
• Serve as strategic liaison between business, technology, engineering, product, and compliance teams.
• Lead cross-functional transformation governance.
• Manage procurement technology vendors.
• Document transformation requirements.
