Shift: Days, 9a-6p, M-F but can be flexible.
Salary: $56,118 - $90,916 Annually + Benefits
** Sign on Bonus up to $8000 & Relocation Bonus up to $4000 **
Job Summary:
Performs as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, in accordance with the Indiana Licensing Board. Provides a full range of assessment, psychotherapeutic and counseling services to children, adolescents, and families receiving care. Develops and maintains consultative and liaison relationships with a range of internal and external caregivers and provides emergency services as required.
