About the Role

The Fertility Care Medical Assistant is a vital role in supporting patients throughout their fertility journey. We are seeking compassionate, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Fertility Care Medical Assistant , you will assist with procedures, provide education, and support the multidisciplinary team, ensuring every patient receives exceptional care at every step of their path to parenthood.

We are seeking a Fertility Care Medical Assistant to join our dedicated team at Seattle Reproductive Medicine. This is a full-time, onsite role with opportunities at multiple clinic locations :

Kirkland : 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM or 7 : 45 AM – 4 : 15 PM

Seattle : 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Positions include a variety of daytime shift schedules, up to 2 holidays per year, and 2–3 on-call weekend shifts annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients, verify medical history, and update patient information.
• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Perform basic diagnostic tasks such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, and administering injections.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are properly stocked and available.
• Accurately document patient information and maintain electronic medical records (EMR).
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, including follow-ups and referrals.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medication protocols, and preventive care measures.
• Ensure a safe and organized environment by adhering to infection control and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management and clinical supply ordering.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.

Willingness to cover weekends, holidays, and work at various locations as needed.
