We are looking for YOU to join us at our new bakery in Salem, MA.

This is a full-time position with great growth opportunities.

As a bakery / pastry chef you will work as part of a team to produce the highest quality products.

Have the skills and ability as a baker to :

• Make base doughs such as laminated, brioche, muffin / scone, pie / tart etc)
• Making & assembling cakes
• Shaping breads & bagels
• Making & decorating donuts
• Making frostings & glazings
• Be able to consistently follow recipes and scale up or down as needed while noticing issues / mistakes
• Stove-top production
• Oven production
• Cleaning & closing kitchen
• Lifting up to 60lbs
• Operate commercial size mixers, dishwasher, sheeter and ovens.
• Ask for help or direction when needed
• Troubleshoot quickly and calmly
• Work in an organized and clean manner
• Be able to stay active and handle the physical requirements of the job
