🕙 Schedule : Full-Time Contract 4-6 weeks | 10 : 00 PM - 6 : 30 AM

✅ What You'll Do :

Deliver direct, compassionate care to residents with Alzheimer's, dementia, and cognitive impairments

Monitor resident status, administer medications, and respond promptly to urgent medical needs

Communicate clearly with families and team members about changes in condition or behavior

Follow and document individualized care plans and maintain accurate electronic health records

Supervise and support CNAs and night shift caregivers

Ensure a safe, secure, and calm overnight environment for all residents

Collaborate with RN supervisors and interdisciplinary teams to uphold the highest standards of care

🧠 Ideal Candidate :

Active LPN license in the state of Indiana (or compact state, if applicable)

Previous experience in memory care, dementia care , or assisted living strongly preferred

Skilled in medication administration and working with geriatric populations

Calm under pressure, highly observant, and committed to resident dignity and safety

Excellent communication and documentation skills

CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
