We are seeking an experienced Facilities Engineer to lead maintenance operations within a heavy manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability safety and performance of all plant equipment utilities and infrastructure while leading a team of skilled maintenance technicians.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with strong reliability engineering skills a passion for continuous improvement and a proven track record of driving uptime and operational excellence.

What Youll Do

As Facilities Engineer you will :

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians providing coaching training and performance leadership
• Own preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability
• Troubleshoot mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Maintain critical spare parts inventory and equipment readiness
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities in coordination with production and engineering
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using root cause analysis and reliability best practices
• Enforce OSHA EPA and facility safety compliance standards
• Manage vendors and contractors for outsourced maintenance repairs and installations
• Support capital projects including equipment upgrades facility expansions and infrastructure improvements
• Maintain maintenance records inspections and asset histories using CMMS systems

Preferred Certifications :

CMRP OSHA 30 Electrical License Millwright Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing
