Energy Director

We are currently partnered with a major ag company in Colorado who is looking to hire an Energy Director. This will be overseeing their energy department, looking to ensure day to day operations is in order, ensuring goals and margins are hit, and driving new business. This is a top tier company with a great culture. They offer a lot and are located in an area where if you love the outdoors with hunting, fishing, and skiing….this is the area for you!

ENERGY DIRECTOR

• Overseeing approximately 15 employees including 4-5 drivers, a service manager and 2 technicians, a logistics coordinator, sales person, etc.
• Offering an incredibly competitive base pay as well as top notch benefits and a second to none retirement package
• Looking for a strong leader who can work with a team and also bring some good business and sales acumen to the table.
• They would love someone directly from the energy world but are very, very open to someone who is in the ag world looking to take this step up
• This person could be doing energy sales, propane sales, agronomy sales, agronomy management, energy management right now
• They have a very strong CEO who can help guide and train on some aspects of the role for the right person
• They are looking for the right person who wants to be a part of something that is growing and who wants to seize the marketplace here.
