Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) to complete initial diagnostic and developmental assessments for pediatric clients across our North Carolina clinics. This flexible, part-time or contract-based opportunity is ideal for clinicians seeking high-impact assessment work without a full-time caseload.
This role may be completed on-site, in a hybrid structure, or fully remote with trained on-site support. Optional travel between clinics is available but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Complete initial pediatric psychological and developmental assessments
Interpret standardized assessment results and prepare diagnostic reports
Participate in diagnostic determinations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary ABA clinical teams
Ensure all documentation meets Medicaid standards
Remote assessments supported by trained on-site staff
Requirements
Active North Carolina license as a Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA)
Experience conducting pediatric psychological and developmental assessments
Familiarity with Medicaid documentation and reporting requirements
Experience using one or more of the following tools :
ADOS-2
CARS-2
Vineland-3
ADI-R
SRS-2
Strong diagnostic documentation and clinical report-writing skills
Ability to work independently in remote, hybrid, or clinic-based environments
Must pass background check and credentialing
