Job Description

PERM – Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician – New York

Location : Albany / Troy, NY – Office & Hospital Setting

Start Date : Before November 14, 2025

Practice & Schedule

Setting : Office practice with rotating hospital call

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Call Ratio : 1 : 3

Average Patients / Day : ~10–15 (varies by visit type & call volume)

Physicians in Practice : 3

Supervision : No supervision of other providers

Onsite Resources : Lab and Ultrasound

Nursery Level : III

EMR : Epic

Reason for Recruitment : Provider resignation

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine – Required

Fellowship training in MFM – Required

Active New York State Medical License (or ability to obtain) – Required

BLS & ACLS – Required

DEA Registration – Required
