About the Role :

Join UFC Gym in Oxnard, CA as an MMA PT ADMIN, where you will play a vital role in supporting our passionate team and enhancing our members' fitness journeys. This exciting position combines administrative skills with a love for mixed martial arts, creating a dynamic environment for growth and success.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage scheduling and coordination of personal training sessions for members.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate member records and tracking progress.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance member experience.
  • Support marketing efforts by promoting training programs and events.
  • Collaborate with trainers to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and gym area.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work culture.

    • Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sports management is a plus.
  • Experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fitness or sports environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse members.
  • Passion for fitness and knowledge of mixed martial arts is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and gym management software.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

    Compensation : $19.00 per hour
