Our commitment to pay range transparency fosters an equitable workplace, where everyone can feel valued. The annual compensation range for this position is $112,600.00 - $169,000.00.

Purpose Statement: To manage, control, and improve the process engineering technologies at the site level, including quoting new opportunities from where needed.

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Manage DFx development associated with RFQ's.
• Support DFx Guideline Development.
• Lead New Customer/Product Introductions.
• Manage Process Controls.
• Lead New Technology Development/Implementation.
• Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; a Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.
• Eight (8) years of related experience is required; Three (3) or more years of related experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved.

Travel Requirements:

• Less than 40%
