Job Title : Medicare Plan Advisor

Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated Medicare Plan Advisor to assist beneficiaries in selecting the appropriate Medicare plan tailored to their needs. This role involves handling inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service without any telemarketing responsibilities. Comprehensive training will be provided, and a valid licensing is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist Medicare beneficiaries in understanding their options and selecting the most suitable plan.
  • Handle inbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding Medicare plans and benefits.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare policies and procedures.
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records of beneficiary inquiries.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for record-keeping.
  • Valid licensing required to assist with Medicare plans.
