Midwife

We are seeking an experienced and certified Midwife with a passion for home births. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional care, a deep understanding of the physiological process of birth, and the ability to build trusting relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive prenatal, birth, and postnatal care.
• Conduct thorough prenatal assessments and create personalized care plans.
• Offer emotional support and education to families throughout pregnancy and postpartum.
• Respond effectively to any complications and collaborate with healthcare professionals as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.

Qualifications:

• Certified Professional Midwife (CPM), Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM), or equivalent certification.
• Current state licensure to practice midwifery.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in midwifery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
