Key Responsibilities

Design develop and implement SailPoint IAM solutions (IdentityIQ / IdentityNow)

Configure identity lifecycle events : joiner mover and leaver processes

Develop and customize workflows rules connectors and policies

Integrate SailPoint with applications directories databases and cloud platforms

Implement access certifications role management and provisioning processes

Develop and customize reports and dashboards for compliance and audits

Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint-related issues and performance problems

Ensure IAM solutions comply with security regulatory and audit requirements

Collaborate with security infrastructure and application teams

Document technical designs configurations and operational procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and / or IdentityNow

Proficiency in Java BeanShell and XML

Experience with REST / SOAP APIs and web services

Solid understanding of IAM concepts (RBAC SSO MFA provisioning access reviews)

Hands-on experience with application onboarding and connector configurations

Knowledge of Active Directory LDAP Azure AD and IAM integrations

Experience with SQL and relational databases

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with IGA (Identity Governance & Administration) implementations

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP)

Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow)

Understanding of security standards and compliance (SOX GDPR ISO 27001)

SailPoint certifications (IdentityIQ Engineer IdentityNow Implementation etc.)

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Cybersecurity or related field
