Looking to earn extra income working upscale events on weekends? We’re hiring experienced, professional bartenders for on-call shifts, primarily Friday and Saturday evenings, for a high-end client in Rohnert Park.

This is a great opportunity for bartenders with a polished presence, strong service skills, and experience working in fast-paced, high-standard environments.

Position Details

• Role: On-Call Bartender (part-time, event-based)

• Location: Rohnert Park, CA

• Pay Rate: $28.00/hour

• Tips: Opportunities for gratuity may be available based on event

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in upscale/private event settings

• Familiarity with POS systems

• Valid RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification – required

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work efficiently and professionally in high-pressure environments

• Must be punctual, reliable, and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude

Dress Code

This role requires a clean, polished, professional appearance at all times.
Bartenders must supply and wear:

• Black slacks

• Black closed-toe dress shoes

• White button-up shirt

• Black vest
