Salary : $68-$72 / hourly

A locally owned and operated home health agency is looking to add therapists to its current long-term and experienced therapy team. Operating in the Valley since 2013, Valley Regional Care has been a leading provider with 500+ patient census. With a leading management team fully focused on employee growth, company benefits and great professional culture, we are excited to add full-time therapists to continue our goals to serve our community.

Hourly pay structure that allows therapists to make more income than on a per visit basis.

Paid drive time, chart time and patient care time allow our hard-working full-time therapists to make as much as an annually in the upwards of $200,000+ per year. Due to the pay structure overtime pay is often exercised for the pay.

Position Qualifications :

• Licenses to practice as a physical therapist within the State
• One year of appropriate experience as a physical therapist.
• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organization skills.
• Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state / or organization requirements and is in good working order.
