A leading general contractor seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a major refinery site.

Ideal for someone with :

Technical refining background

Strong project & team management experience

Proven leadership in safety, scheduling, and client coordination

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee field teams, safety compliance, and daily operations
Manage multiple projects, foremen, and union staff
Build strong client relationships & drive project performance
Monitor budgets, tools, billing, and quality control
Lead training, evaluations, and workforce development

Requirements :

10+ years technical oil & gas experience

Strong leadership and communication skills
