The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) is a leading group of over 1,800 physicians in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., exclusively caring for Kaiser Permanente patients. We invite applications for a full-time specialist in Anesthesiology at our Lutherville-Timonium or South Baltimore Medical Center.

Eligible for $200,000.00 forgivable loan OR $150,000.00 in student loan repayment as a new hire incentive!

Our medical group comprises board-certified physicians across 60+ specialties. MAPMG physicians use a comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) to coordinate care. What You Can Expect

• Case Mix : Orthopedics, Gynecology, General Surgery, ENT, Bread & Butter Pediatrics, Spine, OB, endoscopy, EP. No open hearts or Neurosurgery
• Available 4-day work week (four 10-hour shifts). Average 40-45 hours a week. Flexible schedule available for Hospital OR call and OR day shifts.

We Provide You

The starting annual salary for this position is $450,000 which considers an applicants skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, MAPMG offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.

Effective July 1, 2026, the starting annual salary for this position will increase to $470,000.
