About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Development for Children's Health, a pivotal role focused on creating and implementing a top-tier fundraising strategy to support the institution's ambitious goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading major, principal, and planned giving initiatives, with a strong emphasis on fostering relationships that lead to significant philanthropic support. This is a unique opportunity to establish a philanthropic enterprise that is inextricably linked to the research, clinical, and educational objectives of the children's health system, which is dedicated to redefining healthcare for children and their families. The ideal Executive Director will work closely with a high-performing team and collaborate with senior leaders, clinicians, researchers, and board members to drive engagement and expand the donor base. The role requires a mission-driven leader who can architect a comprehensive advancement strategy, ultimately positioning the children's health system as a national leader in pediatric healthcare and innovation.
