Epic Revenue Cycle Leadership

Team Leadership and Management : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Epic-certified analysts supporting all Revenue Cycle modules. Oversee resource planning, workload distribution, performance management, and professional development. Foster a collaborative, accountable, and service-oriented team culture aligned with enterprise goals.

Epic Implementation and Optimization : Direct the design, build, testing, and deployment of Epic Revenue Cycle applications, ensuring alignment with operational workflows and regulatory requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for Epic Systems and internal stakeholders regarding Revenue Cycle application strategy and issue resolution. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Ambulatory, Optime, and specialty care to ensure seamless integration of scheduling, registration, billing, and claims processes.

Managing Communication and Organizational Change Alignment : Partner with Revenue Cycle leadership (e.g., Patient Access, Billing, Coding, Finance) to translate business needs into Epic functionality. Facilitate design and validation sessions, ensuring workflows support accurate charge capture, reimbursement, and patient financial experience. Support change management efforts, including communication planning, training coordination, and stakeholder readiness. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including optimization projects, upgrades, and new feature rollouts.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Integration : Work closely with technical teams (ECSA, infrastructure, DBA, integration) to ensure system stability, data integrity, and interoperability. Support integration with third-party systems including clearinghouses, financial platforms, and patient engagement tools. Participate in Epic governance structures to ensure consistency, standardization, and alignment across modules and entities. Maintain documentation of build decisions, workflows, and change control processes.

Ensuring Alignment with Compliance, Legal, and Patient Experience Goals : Marginal or Periodic Functions : Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure. Performs related duties as required.
