About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to help us level up how we talk to our customers. This isn't just about sending emails it's about building thoughtful, automated touchpoints that feel useful, personal, and maybe even a little delightful.

Location

Our employees can choose to work remotely in the U.S. Join us in our Austin, Texas office, or opt for a hybrid setup. What You'll Do

You'll thrive here if you're equal parts creative and analytical : excited about pushing into new media opportunities, disciplined about measurement and ROI, and hungry to grow your skills in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

• Own performance marketing campaigns across paid social (Meta, Snap, TikTok, etc.), media networks, and other emerging platforms.
• Continuously test new channels, partners, and creative formats to expand our reach and uncover scalable opportunities.
• Develop hypotheses, design experiments, and measure results to drive insights and optimize ROI.
• Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasts across multiple campaigns and channels.
• Partner with creative and brand teams to brief and refine ad assets tailored to each platform.
• Report on campaign performance, channel mix, and learnings to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of trends in performance marketing and identify new opportunities for growth.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 per year. The final salary amount will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, internal equity, and insights gained throughout the interview process.
