Calling Visionary OB / GYNs : Shape the Next Era of Collaborative Maternity Care in Southern Fairfield County, CT!

Are you a forward-thinking OB / GYN physician ready to shape the future of maternity care? We're seeking a dynamic leader to head a collaborative team of certified nurse-midwives in a model that values partnership, respect, and innovation. This is your opportunity to combine hands-on clinical care with meaningful leadership-mentoring midwives, guiding best practices, and championing a patient-centered approach that empowers women and families.

  • Clinical + strategic impact : In addition to the Stamford Hospiital location, help launch and shape a new maternity clinic in Norwalk, CT
  • Better outcomes, proven model : Oula patients experience 62% lower preterm birth rates and 29% lower C-section rates than NYC benchmarks
  • Modern, patient-centered care : Deliver in Stamford Hospital's newly renovated Hackett Family Maternity Unit

Position Highlights :

  • 50% inpatient / 50% outpatient
  • 2 laborist shifts / week + 1-1.5 days outpatient + 1 admin day
  • Supervise and collaborate with midwives
  • OB / GYN hospitalist call (1 weekend / month)
  • Teach OB / GYN residents -we are a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons

    • Qualifications :

  • Board-certified in OB / GYN
  • 4+ years of attending experience
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Experience with midwifery models a must
