Software Engineer - Backend / Fullstack

At FurtherAI, we're creating AI agents in the Insurance industry, to automate tasks traditionally done by humans. We are growing fast, raised a $5MM seed round from top investors, and are looking for superstars to join us on our journey.

As a backend / fullstack software engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in building the core product while also spearheading efforts to ensure scalability, optimize performance, and continuously improve the product to meet evolving needs and challenges.

This is an in-person role based in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building products in the 0 to 1 stage
• Experience building high-performant backend systems in Python and / or frontend systems in React
• Ability to communicate well, both in person and on paper
• Previous work at a B2B SaaS company is a bonus
• Insane drive and ownership - If you are world-class here, other requirements are optional
