Position Overview

Our Spa Coordinators play a vital leadership role in ensuring the spa operates seamlessly and in alignment with Woodhouse standards. This position oversees daily spa operations supports the hospitality team and ensures consistent execution of service safety and brand expectations.

Working in partnership with ownership and leadership the Spa Coordinator contributes to strategic planning team development and operational excellence through hands-on support and real-time coaching and feedback.

Work Hours :

Management on Duty (MOD) coverage is shared between two Spa Coordinators during spa operating hours :

• MondayFriday : 9 : 00 a.m. 7 : 00 p.m.
• Saturday : 9 : 00 a.m. 6 : 00 p.m.
• Sunday : 10 : 00 a.m. 6 : 00 p.m.

Additional leadership responsibilities may occur outside MOD shifts.

The Spa Coordinator reports directly to the Spa Owners and manages all service provider team members including Spa Concierge and Laundry Attendants
