Principal Product Manager | AI Support Applications

As a Principal Product Manager at Epicor, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of our AI-powered products and solutions across our Cognitive ERP portfolio. You will drive innovation in areas such as large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI-enhanced user experiences. Your role will be key in shaping our product roadmap, collaborating across teams, and delivering intelligent, customer-centric solutions that drive measurable impact at scale.

What you will be doing :

• Defining and driving the strategic direction, vision, and priorities for AI applications and features within Epicor's Cognitive ERP.
• Managing the full product lifecycle-from ideation through launch and ongoing enhancements-by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
• Orchestrating a multi-year AI product roadmap in partnership with executive leadership, development teams, and business stakeholders.
• Balancing the delivery of new AI features with enhancement requests based on customer feedback, usability insights, and market trends.
• Evaluating and updating pricing models using customer value analysis and ROI assessments.
• Leading cross-functional team meetings, aligning engineering, data science, UX, and marketing on product priorities.
• Supporting go-to-market strategies by working with Product Marketing to develop positioning, demos, enablement materials, and customer references.
• Engaging directly with customers and advisory groups to gather feedback, validate product directions, and ensure alignment with real-world needs.
• Staying current with AI / ML and GenAI trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for integration into product development processes and experiences.

Range :

Minimum : $80,000 USD Maximum : $220,000 USD
