Responsibilities :

• Case Management :   Overseeing the progress of personal injury cases from initial intake to demand preparation, ensuring that all steps are completed efficiently and on time.
• Client Communication :   Regularly communicating with clients to update them on the status of their case, answer questions, and gather any necessary information or documentation.
• Coordinating Medical Treatment :   Scheduling necessary medical appointments, evaluations, and ensuring that clients follow through with medical treatments to strengthen their case.
• Documentation & Record Keeping :   Collecting, organizing, and maintaining medical records, accident reports, and other important documents related to the case. Ensuring proper documentation of client interactions and case developments.
• Assisting Attorneys :  Preparing case files and communicating with insurance companies and other outside parties to gather necessary information.
