Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team! You will be responsible for estimating costs and generating proposals for sports field and stadium related construction projects across the United States.

Responsibilities :

  • Create, update, and organize bid folders.
  • Interpret / analyze / review project manuals, plans and specifications
  • Perform takeoffs
  • Write RFP / RFQ for subcontractors / suppliers
  • Create estimates in HCSS HeavyBid Create proposal letters
  • Prepare bid submittals Coordinate preconstruction efforts with project managers

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in estimating civil construction, general contracting, or related fields
  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Proficient in – HCSS HeavyBid, onscreen takeoffs, Microsoft Office Suite
